Cecilia Corradi and I have just completed three limited editions of artist's books with drawings, homemade prints, and digital prints accompanying her poetry.

The books were bound at Bianca e Volta in Truccazzano and each measures 21x21cm. The limited edition digital prints are on acid free 170g/m2 canson mi-teinte paper and printed with archival inks. The poems are all hand written by Corradi herself! Anyone interested in having a look/read can contact Carla Roncato at Derbylius Gallery in Milan.

Fashion designer Antonio Patriarca for Milan's annual
La Settimana della Moda in February  designed an entire
collection of Spring formal and semi-formal wear using
fabric (linen, silk, cotton) that I hand painted. He got the idea
after an exhibit of my work in his showroom a few weeks
before.I'd left a couple of unstretched canvases there
and he asked me if he could cut one into a jacket.
Even though stitching together acrylic on gessoed canvas
had his sewing machines smoking, Antonio was not daunted!
I used a Pollock- like approach to painting the huge swathes
of fabric, which most of the time I felt I'd totally ruined.
Then Antonio and his brilliant seamstresses worked their
magic and truly amazed me with the results.
I even got interviewed by Il Corriere della Sera
and a full page photo of a model wearing
the silk kimono was published in Vera magazine.
Working with a designer was  so much fun,a dream come true.
